Sustainability is a central theme for the World Floorball Championships 2022, and the Green Goal of reducing CO2 emissions and making the WFC completely climate-neutral also plays a major role in cooperation with sponsors and partners. Our hotel partner Accor is also concerned with this topic and is already implementing a number of things. For Accor, core issues are the elimination of plastic in the rooms and at the buffet, as well as the reduction of food waste.

To celebrate the collaboration for the World Floorball Championships in Switzerland, Accor has also come up with something special: at the Accor stand in the Swiss Life Arena, floorball fans can sign up directly for the “ALL – Accor Live Limitless” bonus program. A tree will then be planted for each new member of the bonus program. It doesn’t get any greener than this.
