Soon the volunteers of the World Floorball Championships 2022 will be able to receive and wear their clothing. Our partner werk5 made sure that the clothing was produced as sustainably and fairly as possible.

Around 5000 individual pieces of clothing will be needed for the volunteers of the WFC 2022. The Green Goal was also a key factor in the selection and production of these garments. The Swiss company werk5 ag was able to offer the perfect solution for this. Both the polo shirts and the T-shirts are made of recycled polyester and recycled cotton. This not only saves CO2, but also water that would be used to irrigate the cotton fields.

The second major savings potential lies in the transport routes of the clothes. The softshell jacket was deliberately produced in Europe so that less CO2 is consumed during transport.
